Convergence is hiring a Customer Service Agent to provide high-level interface with clients and insurance companies. This individual will also handle claims processing.
Hours are Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11 pm in our office in Har Hotzvim. Ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Full training is provided.
