Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Retail Development Manager to locate and establish retail shop-in-shop locations in malls, museums, and luxury hotels, particularly in areas with strong Jewish and Israel supporter communities. The ideal candidate will have extensive retail and commercial experience, along with a deep understanding of the Evangelical, Christians for Israel, Jewish communities, and Israel supporters environments and their dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure retail locations in strategic areas such as malls, museums, and luxury hotels.
- Develop and implement retail strategies to maximize sales and brand presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, museum curators, and hotel administrators.
- Oversee the setup and merchandising of retail spaces to ensure they reflect the Moriah Collection brand.
- Train and manage retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and events that attract target customers.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet sales targets and improve customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, commercial real estate, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the Evangelical, Christians for Israel, Jewish communities, and Israel supporters environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with retail management software and tools.
- Passion for Israel, Jerusalem, and the mission of Moriah Collection.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with non-profit organizations or faith-based communities.
- Located in the US or based in Israel with frequent travel between the two
