- Manage and support a team of sales agents
- Monitor and drive sales across multiple real estate projects
- Set and track sales targets
- Identify and prioritize projects needing more focus
- Report sales performance to management
**5+ years in prior experience in a similar role preferred
**Must speak fluent Hebrew and English
