Newly reonovated apt inc floors, bathroom, kitchen, doors, 2 balconies. The building is still undergoing Tama 38, so still construction in building itself is very noticeable and felt. Therefore, there is a big reduction in rent until Aug. 1st which then according to building progress, will go up to 5,300shekels.
