What you’ll work on:
General accounting eg. daily price quotes, invoicing, payments and receipts
Liaising with clients, printers, staff, and suppliers
Project management
Job trafficking - keeping track of the jobs and prioritizing workload
Dealing with programmers, overseeing the website programming
General Bookkeeping - preparing documents for month-end, collating and filing expenses.
Organizing personal, strategic tasks for the owner, diarising, events, reminders
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence, Making coffee, tea for clients

Managing databases
Required skills:
Discretion and trustworthiness - you will be party to confidential information
Flexibility and adaptability
Fluency with Excel, Microsoft Word, Invoice 4U, and others.
Fluency in Google Drive and extensive computer skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English. Other languages a plus.
Fast learner, highly organized, self-initiator, problem solver.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Translating from Hebrew to English and vice versa is a must.
Details:
Only work from the studio - in my home
Part-time position - 5 days per week, half days.
This position can become a full-time position.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
Comprehensive training is offered in the first 2 weeks.
