The Visual Communications Designer will be a member of the Product and Experience Design
The Visual Communications Designer is expected to completely absorb and align with the brand vision and be able to communicate that vision via the visual arts and design across multiple mediums
Create, maintain, and make accessible to the Marketing Team a clear, up-to-date and well-designed library of marketing assets that can be repurposed at any time
The library will include source files for ads, edited photos, illustrations etc.
Assist the content creation of banner ads and social media assets
Required Skills and Experience
2 to 5 years design history with deep experience in developing a visual language for premium brands
Highly proficient in the formal elements of design; including typography, layout, balance, hierarchy, proportion, emphasis, and unity
Fluency with software used in the design process (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, aftereffects and Figma), including intelligently organizing files for design iteration and web production
Art direction and design across print and digital platforms
High attention to detail in digital typography and layout
Ability to mockup concepts quickly and present them
Ability to closely collaborate with Package Designer, Art Director, Photography, and Videography Teams
Ability to develop email designs and layout multiple concepts to maximize performance
Portfolio showing a range of work across various digital mediums and self-initiated projects
Detail oriented and organized
Takes ownership of the development process
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams with minimal supervision
Demonstrate an initiative and ability to complete projects in a timely fashion
Possess the ability to multi-task and manage multiple objectives
Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong attention to detail
Very technologically and design savvy
