Now we are looking for Customer Support Manager with fluent Hebrew and B2/C1 English language. You will have to respond to customer requests by phone, chat and email about sales support, customer support about the products - accessories for a mobile phone - on the website. Questions about payments, guarantees, money and product refunds, product delivery status
It is a remote full-time position.
