COO/Operations Manager
Really Successful Ltd. empowers 10s of 1000s of individuals around the world with the ability to start and advance eCommerce and digital marketing businesses.
We're looking for a dedicated operations specialist with a high learning capacity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Manager will be responsible for strategizing, implementation, and day-to-day management across sales, marketing, education, support, and tech, for a team of ~8 full time employees and various contractors and external service providers.
On a daily basis you will be doing the following:
- Utilizing helpdesk, CRM, marketing, and other software to effectively manage the business
- Conducting meetings with team members and clients to help them resolve issues and improve their areas of responsibility. No time wasting meetings.
- TEAM Work- we have staff all across the world... you need to work in tandem with all of them and their different personalities- and across wide time zones
- Challenging the status quo: We are always looking to improve on all elements of our operations. Nothing is sacred and we need to be moving towards more streamlined and effective operations
- Managing a wide range of tasks and projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of real-world managerial experience
- Mother tongue (or equivalent) English with high-level writing skills
- Highly Organized- there is A LOT to keep track of.
- Very dependable and self motivated
- Previous eCom/Digital Marketing experience (REQUIRED - please list)
- Tech Savvy. You don’t need to write any code, but need to know enough to help direct the tech team and explore/find solutions to technical issues.
- In it for the long term. Our Team members all stay with us for many years. We are looking for someone who is looking for a medium-long term position and not a short term opportunity.
- High emotional intelligence
Work is 100% Remote (training will partially be in-person). Travel 1-3x per year.
This is a management position and salary (and performance expectations) will reflect this.
