R&D Backend Senior Team Lead – Tel Aviv
We are seeking for a motivated and experienced Senior Backend Team Lead to play an important role in the Tel Aviv new office of a growing Web based product company.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruit, lead and mentor a team of developers
- Work with the Product team and the CTO to plan the roadmap delivery
- Optimize Dev resources to increase performance and engagement
- Define workflows and collaboration with other departments
- Define and track Dev KPIs that ensure a clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Define Code Owners
- Hands-On management: you should spend a percentage of your time writing code and performing code reviews
Requirements:
- B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in Web development
- Strong understanding of Web architecture and technologies
- 5+ years of experience in management positions
- High standards for code quality, testing, and performance
- Experience with Agile methodologies
