Office Admin - Work from home
Great company has an opening for a remote office admin.
Duties include:
putting together invoices and estimates
uploading information to the database
following up with clients for missing documents and data
experience:
must have past office work experience
top communication skills
must be tech savvy and able to learn database systems
Candidates must have experience working with numbers , data and Excel
experience using Click-up a plus
hours: 5-6 hours a day, sun-thursday , with 1 hour overlapping US working time .
