Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented administrator to join their Beit Shemesh office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk tasks, office logistics, and communications
- Coordinate mailings, inventory, and purchases (Excel, Monday.com)
- Support staff and provide ongoing client service
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience; native English & strong Hebrew (required)
- Proficient in MS Office; bonus for Monday.com, Salesforce, ShareFile or U.S. tax knowledge
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and communication
Beit Shemesh office - Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–17:00
