You're invited to join a Women's Hebrew Coffee Club for English speakers.
The goal of this group is to boost your self confidence in speaking the Hebrew language in a "Safe space" by practicing with other English speaking Olim who, like you, are grappling with many difficulties after making Aliya, including being understood.
My name is Rena,
I'm a native English speaker and I grew up in Israel.
I'm a Certified remedial Teacher with a B.A in Special Education and Mass communication.
I'm a former Ulpan Teacher and I have plenty of experience working with new Olim.
In our sessions we'll have time to share, vent, support each other, learn about the Israeli culture and most importantly, speak Hebrew .
I'll set the tone of our coffee Club meetings by presenting a topic for discussion and then let the group be off and running while I'll be there by your side to correct your mistakes and make sure you keep on going and don't give up!
Our Sessions will take place on Zoom Twice a week.
