We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join a Growing international financial consulting firm.
Location: Close to Modiin and Bet Shemesh.
- Making outbound and inbound calls to all assigned warm leads
- Following-up with existing leads using the phone, email, SMS, or other
- Corresponding with existing clients about their case and experience
Skills and/or Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Be organized and able to multitask
- Be able to team work and be goal oriented
- Strong computer literacy (CRM, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Chat, and Zoom)
- Strong Writing and Reading Skills
- Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- · Fluency in Italian OR Spanish
- · Bachelor’s degree (preferable)
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory for those who can demonstrate a passion for sales
Work Hours
Monday to Friday and has a flexible shift option:
Mon – Thu (4 days): 1:30 pm to 11:30 pm (Preferred)
Mon – Thu: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Fri: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
Mon – Thu: 11:00 am to 8:30 pm, Friday: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Compensation: Salary, Plus Commission
