Our Sales Team is growing and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative, to specialize in lead generation. By engaging, qualifying and interacting with surgical practices across the country you will play a vital role in building our sales pipeline and our business.
What you'll do:
- Research and actively prospect new potential customers using email, phone (cold calls), and third-party websites.
- Schedule intro calls and demos with prospects.
- Document all communications, notes, and updates in CRM (Salesforce) system.
- Provide sales support for field sales representatives including development & delivery of material.
- Occasional travel to the US.
Requirements:
- Perfect English language skills (written and oral)
- Excellent cold calling and emailing abilities.
- Skilled at finding the right prospects, quickly developing relationships.
- Can handle follow-up communications with multiple prospective customers simultaneously.
- At least 1 year of selling skills.
- Well-organized, diligent and with great attention to detail.
- Tech savvy and able to acquire industry knowledge.
- Desire to work at a fast-paced start-up style company.
- BA in marketing or similar field – advantage.
