Senior Tech Lead – Tel Aviv or Jerusalem
We are seeking a motivated Senior Tech Lead to play a hands-on and leading role in in a growing and amazing SaaS product company.
Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on development (~50%)
- Own tech decisions and codebase
- Develop high-level estimations and design
- Break down into tasks, update and monitor
- Mentor, onboard and manage the developer’s team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 7 years experience as a hands-on developer in SaaS B2B
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in startup
