Job Role:
- Onboarding clients in a B2C warm-lead structure
- Calling and educating clients about services and processes
- Displaying both professionalism and sensitivity regarding financially related matters
- Establishing ongoing relationships with clients via phone and email
- Accurate and organized data entry into a CRM system
- Meeting monthly KPIs and sales objectives
Job Requirements:
- Preference will be given to European or Arabic language speakers
- Fluent English for native speakers of other languages
- Computer literacy and tech savviness
- Professional phone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain clearly and educate others
- Capacity to learn quickly and independently
- High energy, persistence and perseverance
- Good time management and organization
Full and daily part-time options available (25 hours plus), Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.
Compensation: Base salary, plus commission.
