Mid-size Outsourcing Center located in Center of Jerusalem is hiring a Vice President of Operations. The VP of Operations will manage multiple departments, teams, and projects. He/she will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the growing organization.This entails having extensive knowledge of the industry, finances, and employee output while understanding and striving to meet the company’s strategic goals, mission, and values.
Ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of management experience
Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail
Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement
Superior interpersonal skills to create and foster excellent employee relations and performance
Excellent oral and written communication skills
