A Hi-tech company based in Modi'in Is seeking an innovative Customer Success Manager to join their growing team.
Requirements:
● Mother-Tongue English (spoken+written) Must.
● Prior B2B sales experience as a CSM / Account Manager and proven ability to grow revenue from accounts - Advantage.
● A background in tech marketing and marketing campaigns with customer facing experience - Advantage.
● Fast learner.
● Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize and time manage for successful execution.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to handle objections and resolve customer needs.
● Proficient in Google Suite and well-versed in Salesforce.com, or an equivalent CRM - Advantage.
More Details:
● Your performance will be measured by achievement of an Annual Sales Quota.
● Willingness to travel to USA or Europe once per quarter.
● Base salary + Commission + Stock options.
● Work is split between Israeli and US hours - 4-5 hours during the day, and 4-5 hours during EST/PST hours.
● Work out of our Modi'in office – 5-minute walk from a train station.
● We’re Flexible – Come into the office 4-5 hours a day then do your evening hours at home. We have a hybrid work model - 2 days from home (Sunday + another day), 3 days in our Modi'in office.
