We’re looking to hire someone to help create YouTube thumbnails for several of our channels which would include topics on:
We will be looking to you to come up with the ideas, fonts, layouts, etc. to create a thumbnail that will make someone want to watch our videos.

I included a video in the above folder which explains what I like about several of the thumbnails.
Ultimately, it’s important that you have excellent creative and marketing ability as well as the technical ability to create a thumbnail.
