Lead Internship Coordinator (Maternity leave cover starting in January (potential to extend)
Job Description:
- Managing the application pipeline across all programs
- Ensuring CRM is updated and accurate
- Hiring, training, supporting and overseeing team of Internship Coordinators
- Overseeing and ensuring internships are successfully placed
- Running team meetings
About you:
- Experience with college students or internship placement a must
- Previous experience in management
- Familiarity with salesforce a plus
- Organized
Requirements:
- Native English speaker
- Must have ability to work legally in Israel
- Must include two recent work references
This is a work from home and full time position. There is occasional travel and meetings in Jerusalem.
