Backoffice Support Team Lead
Keys Responsibilities:
- Manage a team (5 to 10 employees) and their daily tasks
- Daily oversight of the Backoffice Support Team, ensuring that the team is working efficiently and accurately
- Manage the onboarding Training process for all new BDM employees
- Support Management with Ad-hoc projects
- Assist the Team with their daily tasks such as processing payments and reviewing medical records
Requirements and Skills:
- BA/BS
- Experience in managing a team for at least 2 years
- High level written and spoken English – Must
- A background in the US Healthcare business industry, insurance industry or billing - is a plus
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented, Tech Savvy, Good analytical and written communication skills
