Sachlav, an educational tourism company, is looking for a "Special Projects Coordinator-Onward Project."
The goal of the project is to organize different kinds of events: Shabbatons (weekend seminar) and Tours for over 1800 Onward participants during the summer 2023.
Its Temporary position from Feb-end of July, 12:00-20:00
Office is located in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem.
You will be the right-hand-(wo)man to the Project Manager, helping her in all elements of the role.
The position is dynamic and interesting, suitable for someone who is comfortable working with multiple deadlines, able to learn as he/she go and creative enough to see solutions in dead ends)
Job Description:
-Administration and customer success
-Scheduling and working on inner logistics of shabbatons a Tours
-Helping with texts and marketing materials
-Assisting in planning educational programs
-Managing relationships and communicating with partners, suppliers and company departments
- Working in CRM
-To be available for any task that comes up in the role
- Being available throughout the summer to control all the events production and visit Shabbatons as the part of the Project Team
Work days:
Sunday – Thursday
On weeks with shabbatonim, Monday- Saturday with a day off in the middle of the week
Job Requirements:
-Native English
-Valid driver's license
-Availability to work flexible/non-traditional hours, including weekends
-Experience with event management/educational events
-Extremely self-motivated and able to take a project and see it through to the end
-Excellent people skills
-Comfortable working under pressure
-Comfortable and excited to work on a team
