We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content for cross-platform social media campaigns, bringing our products to life in relevant and relatable ways. If you are a creative, and engaging storyteller with a passion for all things social, this just may be the job for you!
This is a Hybrid WFH position located in either our Jerusalem HQ or our Tel-Aviv office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement a social media strategy for our company.
- Manage our social media outlets to drive brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and generate leads.
- Track the latest and greatest in social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the automotive industry and identify trending topics through social media.
- Work with copywriters and designers to create compelling text, video and graphic social media posts to creatively present company solutions to the greater automotive community.
- Define success metrics and develop a strategy to achieve those metrics.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance across channels and create monthly reports with wins, learnings, opportunities and insights based on key metrics.
- Create a process for social listening, including customer feedback, suggestions, and comments, and competitor monitoring.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level English with strong writing skills and compelling storytelling capabilities
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing and building corporate/start-up social media accounts
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Knowledge and understanding of social media trends, features, and best practices
- Basic design skills (Canva or Figma) and basic video editing skills
- Experience in a SaaS start-up – big plus!
- Confident self-starter that can work independently and as part of a team
- Creative thinker, able to improvise and spot opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- Familiarity with the automotive industry – a plus!
