Sachlav, the educational tourism company, is looking for a logistical coordinator to join a core department of the company— and they need someone who shows up and gives it their all! The position is full time at their office in Har Chotzvim, Jerusalem. It involves a variety of skills and tasks, including:
- making orders and reservations for all that is needed for trips—such as food, hotels, transportation, and attractions
- logistical response within the company
- creating and updating existing contracts with suppliers in the company system
- working closely with the logistical manager
- creating and maintaining data tables/ excel sheets
- checking and adjusting invoices for payment

Requirements:
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- high level of English
- basic knowledge of Office programs
- great work ethic
- experience in logistics and reservations is an advantage
