Basic Function

• Responsible for handling escalated support to Level 2 and 3 technicians in a professional and timely manner relating to all technology.
• IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems.
• Working with:
• PKI Servers
• Domain Controllers
• Intune
• AzureVPN
• Powershell Scripting
• Microsoft Best Practices
• System documentation maintenance and review in ConnectWise.
• Communication with end users as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.
• Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively.
• Ability to travel as needed -travel reimbursement provided.

Preferred Certifications:

• AZ303: Micrososft Azure Architect
• MCSA with experience
