Your Responsibilities include:
a. Creating, building, and nurturing relationships with Israel365 donors
b. Communicating feedback and providing ideas/solutions to create the best donor
experience( ie: what issues are donors experiencing, ears on the ground, what do
donors want/need)
c. Developing excellence in donor service
d. Driving personalization and radical transparency with our donors
e. Assisting team in building quality segmentation strategies
Description of what you will do:
a. Make outgoing phone calls to Israel365 donors in order to engage them offline
b. Promptly answer incoming emails and incoming phone calls
c. Use HubSpot to ensure all information is being populated in a timely and methodical
manner
d. Continually maintain working knowledge of all our campaigns and merchandise.
e. Suggest process improvements
f. Provide assistance for donors
g. Maintain great donor relationships
Requirements:
a. Fast learner and passion for fundraising
b. Self-motivated with results driven approach
c. Excellent oral and written communication skills
d. Skilled in verbal communication include active listening and reflection, speaking
articulately to gather info, problem-solve, and diffuse difficult callers
e. Ability to navigate between several computer screens while actively listening and
entering donor information (email, web, software application)
f. Ability to search company database for relevant and specific information
g. Detail-oriented
h. Proficiency in Google workspace applications
i. Knowledge in Hubspot a plus
j. Ability to remain positive when facing rejection
