Job Description

  • Managing administrative processes surrounding filing and submission of US tax returns
  • Managing a team of experienced administrative staff including scheduling tasks, reassignment of workloads, solving unusual situations
  • Organizing team meeting and events
  • Ongoing reporting to partners and follow-up on administrative tasks such as workflow and billing

Job Requirements

  • “Rosh Gadol” – ability to see the big picture along with the technical details
  • Organized
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Tech savvy
  • Problem solver
  • Creative thinker
  • Experience managing people and processes, a plus
  • Fluent in English and good Hebrew
  • Most of the time in our Jerusalem office with at least 1 day a week from our Tel Aviv office
