Position Details:

Location: Efrat office with partial remote work options.

Type: Freelance (Osek Patur/Osek Murshe required; we can assist in helping you obtain it).

Hours: 25 hours per week.

Preference: Candidates from Gush Etzion or Jerusalem.

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer care in German and English.
• Assisting Olim with their Aliyah and Klita journey.
• Handling administrative and back-office tasks efficiently.
• Occasional travel to Europe for events.
• Building relationships with European Jewish communities.

Requirements:

• Native Proficiency in German (Standard-hochdeutsch), reading, writing and speaking.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew.
• Organized, detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
• Passionate about Aliyah and working with diverse cultures.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CRM systems (especially Salesforce), AI, and Knowledge Base tools.

Experience in Aliyah organizations or Jewish communities abroad.

Additional languages such as Russian, Italian, or Spanish are a plus.
