Customer Support / Data Analyst / Operations

Background: GDS Freight is a broker for international air freight that offers highly discounted rates to companies worldwide who ship internationally. It is a sister company of Betachon which specializes in reducing shipping costs with Fedex/UPS in the US.

Tasks:

• Handling some operations related to each shipment which requires contacting client or carrier to retrieve the necessary information/documents.
• Providing support to all clients’ inquiries, including account set up issues, inactive accounts, and etc.
• Assisting the Operations Manager with various tasks, for example collecting overdue payment from customers.
• Analyzing current client database for other savings opportunities and contacting client to schedule demos
• Using our software for various tasks
• Input data in our CRM (Hubspot)
• Setting up demos for sales agents

Must have:

• Fluent in English
• 1-2 years experience in Customer Support/Admin/operations
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic knowledge of CRM's, google sheets, and ability to use multiple software

Hours:

• Roughly 25 - 33 hrs / week (can develop into full time)
• Mon - Thurs, 4-9 pm
• Fri morning
• Work from office in Ramat Bet Shemesh (Baal Hatanya 15), option to work from home partially
