Midreshet B’erot Bat Ayin: Holistic Torah for Women on the Land is looking to hire a new staff for a leadership position.
The suitable candidate has the following attributes:
- Passionate about sharing a love for Holistic Torah on the Land of Israel
- Excited to be involved in administrative work that supports a spiritual goal
- Innovative and self-motivated
- Strategic thinker willing to execute hands-on tasks
- Ability to oversee and direct staff ensuring needed tasks are taken care of timely
- Takes initiative and works independently while also able to follow instructions
- Humble learner, constantly updating knowledge of new models/technologies/processes
- Eloquent and sharp writing skills
- Detail-oriented and organized multi-tasker while also seeing the big picture
- Warm, friendly team player who genuinely cares about students and fellow employees
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
- Age 30-45
- Lives in Gush Etzion or is willing to relocate to Gush Etzion

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum one year’s experience in social media marketing
- Demonstrated experience in creating successful social media strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to craft engaging content that drives engagement and acquisition
- rong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective team player in holistic environment
- Experience in basic PR activities and press relationship management
- Familiar with Web-updating (wordpress) a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all relevant platforms.
- Grow our presence across social media platforms
- Build and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar (daily, weekly, and monthly)
- Monitor and adapt to the latest social media trends
- Oversee and guide students with work-study in social media
- Execute all correspondence, (initial, and follow-ups), and phone calls with potential students, while keeping track and monitoring status systematically
- Work in a team with the Director to plan retreat programs and semester schedules
- Prepare and execute semester learning schedules course descriptions, staff bios, and registration forms for web uploading
- Promote and execute holiday retreats
- Report to and collaborate with the Director to ensure spiritual and strategic alignment
The position is 25 hours a week and may be increased to a full-time 40-hour week after the three-month trial period.
