ezun, the Hebrew word for balance, is an urban acupuncture and herbal medicine center that helps Tel Avivians create balance in their lives. The practice is founded by American ex-pat Jill Meltzer, L.Ac. The concept of ezun was conceived in an attempt to make acupuncture more approachable to Tel Avivians seeking highly curated treatments for healthy living.

Job Description

ezun acupuncture is seeking a clinic manager (part-time position) to continue efforts to maintain a positive and organized work environment. This position includes the following responsibilities:

• Communicating with patients regarding booking, scheduling changes and payment
• Managing social media account (mainly instagram posts, stories, giveaways, etc.)
• Maintaining clinic services by organizing clinic operations and procedures, reviewing and approving supply requisitions
• Tracking clinic expenses and replacing clinic supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
• Collaborating with Jill on developing new projects for the clinic

Position Details:

About 30 hours/week (approximately 3.5 days/week) at the clinic

Job Location: Har Sinai 2, Tel Aviv

Required Skills:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
