1. Mechanical engineering degree
2. Experience in plastic molding and assembly of plastic parts
3. CAD skills

5. Extreme comfort working with no rules, nothing done before that you can copy, all new territory
6. Must be OK with working conditions at a basic garage level
7. Must be very comfortable with failure and restarts
