Position: Customer Service/Medical Reception

Location: Har Hotzvim (in-office position)

Hours: (Immediate start)

• Monday-Thursday 11pm-4am + Friday 3pm-11pm

Immediate start. Training typically takes 1-2 weeks (paid training).

Qualifications:

• Fluent English
• Basic computer literacy with the ability to learn new applications
• Positive and friendly personality
• Patience for dealing with difficult people under stress
• Preferred - relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service for medical center
• Making and confirming appointments (~90% incoming calls)
• Relevant responsibilities as assigned by management

Compensation:

• $14/hr
• Paid on Israeli tlush
• All legal Israeli benefits
