Role Overview:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. This includes creating high-quality posts, managing campaigns, product filming, video shorts, video editing, and driving brand growth in the English-speaking market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the social media content calendar for Instagram and Facebook.
- Create, curate, and post high-quality visuals, videos, and written content that align with the brand's values and aesthetics.
- Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to increase audience engagement, followers, and conversions.
- Produce and edit video content, including product shorts, storytelling pieces, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Film and capture stunning product visuals for social media use.
- Monitor social media trends and use insights to optimize strategies for growth and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess campaign success and inform future initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong focus on Instagram and Facebook.
- Exceptional skills in mobile video filming, video editing, and creating short-form video content.
- Creativity, a keen eye for aesthetics, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with English-speaking audiences and trends in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
