Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.

- Process customer orders and provide assistance with inquiries.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns.

- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information and orders into the system.

- Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and resolve issues.

Requirements:

- Strong verbal communication skills.

- Native level English speaker

- Ability to work at a fast pace without compromising accuracy.

- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

- Previous customer service experience .

Work from home (in Israel)

Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (EST) (20 hours per week)

Possibility of additional work on other days as needed.
