A high-tech international company that provides intelligent SaaS solutions to the biggest companies around the world is looking for and an experienced SDR Team Leader to join their growing company!
Responsibilities include:
- Drive quota achievement of the EMEA team
- Build and lead outbound campaigns
- Lead and follow up activity to ensures positive outcomes
- Deliver weekly reporting and analysis to leadership team
Requirements:
- Native level of English
- 3+ years of people management experience in the Enterprise Software space
- Experience managing SDRs and leading the team
- Strong cold calling and qualification skills with a proven track record in exceeding quota
- Experience and confidence in prospecting and communicating with senior-level executives
- Excellent knowledge of sales development, lead generation practices and principles
- Experience with SDR enablement, training and on-boarding new hires
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Salesforce experience
- Understanding and experience in SaaS
