The Beit Shemesh office of Forvis Mazars Israel is looking for a talented and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. Our local operation serves as the US tax desk for Forvis Mazars Israel, the Israeli office of the global partnership Forvis Mazars, which is an internationally integrated partnership operating in over 100 countries and territories.
You will work closely with other team members and provide essential administrative support.
- We require someone who is technically competent to maintain our project management software & client database.
- Aside from basic office management tasks, you will be responsible for sending and tracking billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Office is essential, Adobe PDF or equivalent is desirable.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, highly organized, detail-oriented, skilled in problem-solving and a fast learner. The more skills you bring to the position, the more you will be able to grow in your role.
- The candidate will have involvement with processing various tax filings.
- The candidate should be fluent in English & Hebrew.
- Israeli hours only.
- Office located in Har-Tuv A across from IKEA.
- Part time position.
