Key Objective:
- Leading, guiding & motivating the US sales team to successfully achieve sales targets, increase sales volume and drive revenue growth.
Sun - Thurs, approximately 4pm-1am. Office-based.
Traits & qualifications we are looking for:
- 2-4 years B2C sales/call center experience having shown exemplary record of closing sales & an ability to adjust the sales pitch according to the need.
- Demonstrable ability to lead & motivate others to achieve their own peak performance while cooperating & working within a team.
- Good organizing & planning skills.
- Administrative capabilities.
- Nurturing personality with coaching & sales performance development skills.
- English language proficiency; additional European languages preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is an advantage.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Driving results through empowering, motivating & supporting team members.
- Real time coaching, mentoring, & provision of feedback to team members (currently around 6 agents).
- Providing an escalation path for sales calls that need back-up.
- Cultivating sales team group synergy; creating & maintaining the energy within the saleroom.
- Setting & championing company culture within the team.
- Sales administration duties such as lead distribution.
