Team Leader - Nursing Home Billing

We are hiring a Team Leader to oversee a team of billers for skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a billing team specializing in Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO claims for skilled nursing facilities.
• Train team members and ensure compliance with CMS regulations.
• Collaborate with business office staff, conduct audits, and monitor receivables and aging reports.
• Must be willing to travel abroad for training or other work purposes on occasion as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Medicaid, Medicare, or HMO Billing in healthcare accounts receivable, specifically for skilled nursing facilities.
• Proficiency in healthcare billing systems and CMS regulations.
• Strong multitasking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel abroad as needed.

This position is full time, some US hours overlapping.
