I have a cashier's check from a bank in the U.S. and my bank (Bank of Jerusalem) no longer accepts dollar check deposits. Short of opening an account at another bank, can anyone recommend a solution? There used to be a change place that would accept such a check, but they got closed down for engaging in some shady business.
