Software Implementation consultant / CSM position
A B2B Software provider is looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to manage a project and/or multiple projects at the same time. Candidate will handle discovery calls with customers, take customer requirements, turn those requirements into a documented requirements process and follow up with the customer in every step of the way. Candidate will be trained. Preference for those with experience in the CSM and Software field.
Candidate must understand standard business processes; must have great note-taking skills; must have great verbal and written communication skills; must enjoy working with systems and the way they work; must have a strong Internet connection and work with independence and personality.
Hours are 7am - 3pm EST with some flexibility (2pm - 10pm ISR time)
