An amazing startup is looking for a CTO, a strong technology leader, to lead the IT department and align the business with the best technology software and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Management team to synchronize the business strategy, while designing and leading the product’s technological roadmap and vision.
- Develop the technology architecture to support the company's value proposition.
- Be an effective people manager and create a culture of product excellence.
- Develop the enterprise data model and analytics infrastructure to support operations.
- Manage the budget for the entire technology organization.
- Design solutions, evaluate, and guide implementation.
- Plan and execute including hands-on work, participation in discovery, and in close collaboration with design.
Requirements:
-3+ years hands-on development
- Strong coding background
- 3+ years in a leading role in R&D
- Native level of English (oral and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering

– Experience building a product from scratch
