My furnished apt (2 rms) in BEERSHEVA will be AVAILABLE as SUBLET from NOV 15 until MARCH 15, 2024. It is 1.5 floors up, located in the center of Schuna Hey and suitable for single occupancy.
The apt is very close to the Gesher stores and several supermarkets. The Grand Kanyon Mall is a 10 min walk. Multiple buslines are a 2 min walk, the Kipa shul is 1 min and other shuls also nearby. Park Hey is 5 min.
Monthly rental fee is 1750 shekel (All Expenses Included!!!).
