I'm looking for a roommate for my apartment in Jerusalem. Rent for the room is 2000 shekels. The room comes with a large wall cabinet and a small balcony. The apartment is on a quiet part of Emek Refa'im and is in a good condition (no mold or cracked walls). It has two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and drier, and dud shemesh (no living room). Wrapping around the building is a beautiful garden that my neighbour takes care of (there's land for growing food and plants too...) I don't keep shabbes or Kashrut.
