Customer Success Position
A software company that provides a complete suite of cloud-based software Apps and Reports to help Skilled Nursing Facilities optimize care, shorten revenue cycles, and improve census is looking for a Customer Success to join their Team.
This is Full Time position: Mondays - Thursdays, 9-5 EST
The candidate will be responsible for responding to tickets, offering support to clients, up-selling products and on-boarding clients. The candidate must be very responsible and committed, have very strong communication skills, be very well organized and provide rock-solid customer service. Customer Success experience a definite plus.
