Rhino Eco is seeking a highly motivated sales development specialist (SDS) to play a critical role in scaling into the US market. If you are looking to develop your career in sales, with lots of future growth opportunities in a fast-growing and impactful startup, this is the job for you!

A successful SDS is a self-starter, has excellent communication skills, is well organized, multi-task, and comfortable contacting and speaking with everyone from solar vendors and service providers to homeowners and landlords, anything to get the next deal and keep the pipeline flowing.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential leads through cold calls and emails
- Set up quality meetings and appointments
- Move solid leads through marketing funnels to drive sales.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and professional solar partners.
- Build a solid sales process to spark meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Regularly follow-up and facilitate communication with existing customers to assess their satisfaction and identify new leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product team to meet the company's targets.
- Replying to inbound leads with a focus on engaging and preliminarily qualifying prospect customers.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of inside sales, sales development, or business development experience, preferably within the Solar industry, with a proven track record of success
- Native English – Must (read/write/speak)
- Work in US east coast time (EST) - Must
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of sales development, lead generation practices, and principles
- Previous experience or knowledge in the FinTech / SaaS / Solar industry (Advantage)
- Salesforce experience - an advantage
