We’re expanding our team in a few months, and looking for an experienced Graphic designer who will help us expand our brand and voice through graphics for our course and materials.
Position Overview
We’re on the lookout for a Graphic Designer who can breathe life into our content and embody our brand’s mission through captivating visuals.
As our designer, you’ll work on a variety of projects, including social media graphics, course materials, infographics, e-book designs, and website visuals.
This role requires a creative eye, attention to detail, and the ability to align with our brand’s spiritual essence and professional tone.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging graphics for social media platforms, email campaigns, and ads
- Create visually appealing course materials, including PDFs, infographics, and downloadable assets
- Develop brand-consistent visuals for our website and landing pages
- Conceptualize and design some of our exclusive products
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the brand’s mission and aesthetic
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-learning, spirituality, wellness, or professional coaching spaces
- Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant design tools
- Portfolio: Demonstrable portfolio of past work, especially in designing for social media, web graphics, and digital content
- Creative Insight: A passion for turning complex ideas into clean, aesthetically pleasing visuals; interest in spirituality or personal development is a bonus

- Strong visual storytelling abilities and a knack for creating designs that engage and inspire
- Ability to maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across different platforms and materials
- Effective time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate well with other team members
