We are looking for someone with extensive US bookkeeping experience to work in a busy and fast-growing business back-office service. We provide our US based clients with a full range of bookkeeping and back-office services including, bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, online sales reporting, etc.
Salary commensurate with experience.
This is not a remote position, our office is in Beit Shemesh.
We are looking for an individual with these qualifications:
• Familiar with areas described above
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Familiar with Quickbooks
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Problem solver
• Initiative taker
• Native fluency in English
