A Dallas-based boutique litigation firm, handling federal and state matters, coast to coast, is seeking an exceptional legal researcher and writer who loves that part of litigation, but not the other parts - so less dealings with adversaries, clients or courts, and just consistently effective research and written advocacy.
The candidate would be skilled in working 100% remotely on ongoing US matters.
The firm is open to experienced litigators, American-trained and barred attorneys, in good standing. No particular US state bar is required.
It would be helpful to have substantial commercial or consumer litigation, and high exposure case experience, and an interest to work with a a professional, busy practice.
Good time management and communication skills, working with US time zones, but no requirement for working US hours, per se.
A writing sample, preferably federal court, CV, salary requirements, and fair estimation of hours per month you can commit for ongoing work., are appreciated. Thank you.
