Administrative Secretary for Real Estate Developer
Duties include assisting with email responses, scheduling, project management, and more.
Experience working as a personal assistant or office manager
Ability to take the initiative and complete tasks independently

- Daily interaction with suppliers and clients
- Follow up with suppliers and clients and monitoring the progress
- Complete projects and meet all deadlines
- Perform due diligence, research, prepare related reports.
- Multi-task effectively and manage time efficiently
Requirements:
- Excellent/fluent English and Hebrew, both spoken and written French is an advantage
- MS Word, Excel, Gmail
- Typing skills English and Hebrew of 65 wpm or more
- Detail-oriented and dedicated
- Customer service focused
- Friendly, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
